While it may seem the American labor movement is falling by the wayside, not so.  AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka reports that membership is growing and more importantly studies show millions of workers want to be in a union.  The biggest thing stopping them are the one-sided laws that make forming and joining a union very difficult.  Labor is now working on legislation to make it a more level playing field.
